- Pour up to 1 lb, i.e., 16 oz. of your favorite regular or coarse ground coffee into the Filtron System.
- Add cold water to the mark on the inside of the bowl. Let steep overnight or up to 24 hours.
- Next morning you have a liquid concentrate, enough to make about 45 cups.
- Many of us do a second brewing with the same grounds, it will yield about 25 more cups.

| 1) Insert stopper in on the underside of coffee bowl. 2) Soak wool filter pad and insert tab up in the inside, recessed part of bowl. 3) Add paper liner for easy cleanup 4) Add 1 lb coffee (or less) regular or large grind works best. 5) Insert grounds guard on top of the coffee. |
6) Place wider water bowl on top of coffee bowl, it will drip through slowly, saturating coffee - allow to sit overnight. . | 7) Remove stopper and allow coffee concentrate to drip through into storage container. Ideal for House Blends and Signature Coffee of the Day specials. The quick, easy way to make 10 to 20 qts. of coffee concentrate at one time. (Uses 5-10 pounds of ground coffee to produce 10-20 qts. of coffee concentrate per day. Filtron PRO is manufactured by Filtron, the original cold water coffee brewing system, Filtron® which has delighted coffee connoisseurs around the world for four generations.
