Jupiter Science Extended Warranty for Regency Elite
5 Year Extended Warranty: 2 year 100%, 3rd year 75%, 4th year 50%, and 5th year 25%, terms and conditions apply.
Terms and Conditions 2007
- Must be the original owner with Warranty Card on file or Proof of Purchase must be shown, or Serial Number can be used as dated reference.
- Customer pays shipping expense of returning the unit, call 859-336-3246 for repair address
- Customer must ship according to instructions given at time of problem report, Failure to do so may result in extra fees or time delays. Call 859-336-3246 for shippping instructions.
- Prices based on current Retail Values at time of failure.
- Water filters are excluded from warranty on unit
- When shipping unit, remove and refrigerate filter to extend usage
- Customer pays repair bill at time of warranty work completion, in accordance with extended warranty through 5 years, and prior to it's return.
- Return shipping is paid in the same portion as per warranty rates.
- All units are returned via Expedited Mail USPS, unless at the request of the customer, who would then pay the full amount of the additional shipping costs through another means.
